Surgical Grand Rounds
Surgical Grand Rounds are conducted each Wednesday
morning from 8:00-9:00 a.m. in the historic Surgical Amphitheater
located in the University Hospital. Grand Rounds sessions are
focused on current issues in surgical care and are open to all
area practitioners. Area physicians who attend Grand Rounds
are eligible for continuing medical education credit (CME Category
1).

Directions:
Parking is available at Shriners Burns Institute on the corner of Burnet and
Elland Avenues, entering from Elland Avenue. Non-University physicians can
park free at the Shriners garage from 7:30-9:30 a.m. by pulling into the
garage and pushing the intercom button to inform the attendant that they
will be attending Surgical Grand Rounds. Please park in Visitor parking spaces
only.
From the garage, go across main lobby of Shriners
Hospital and into University Hospital‚s Outpatient Clinic.
Enter and go down hallway. Enter through either door located
next to elevators to refreshment area and take steps located
on right or left side of this area to Surgical Amphitheater.
